Beginner electric guitar for Grade 4-7 students.
An introduction to the basic principals of playing electric guitar, using excerpts from contemporary popular music.
Topics will include chords, power chords, using an amplifier, simple riffs, warmup and technique exercises, reading a chord chart, and simple lead lines.
Students should finish the course with a strong foundation, and ready to continue with intermediate programs.
